2001 July Founded 6 billion yen in capital.
     
2002  April Opened Representative Offices in Singapore and Shanghai.
     
  October Took over transmission and distribution business of Hitachi Ltd., Fuji Electric Co. Ltd. and Meidensha Corporation. Increased capital to 20 billion yen.
Opened Branches in Taipei and 8 business locations around Japan.
     
2003 May Opened Middle East Office in Dubai, UAE.
     
  July Singapore Representative Office became Singapore Branch.
     
2004 January Established Shanghai AE Power Changcheng Switchgear Corporation as C-GIS and VCB manufacturing and sales venture in Shanghai, China.

    Established AE Power (Suzhou) EHV Switchgeer Corporation as GIS and GCB engineering and manufacturing venture in Suzhou, China.
